ook first of all i need a screen PAck

 but wen i installed it *correctly*

i wasnt able to select characters but i could browse the menu O_o

plz HElp and if U have a screen pack that can hold a lot of chars could u PLZ Send me the link

The select.def file from the screenpack usually replaces the one you currently have if you move it into mugen.  Just put your respective characters and stages names back in the select.def file, and you should be okay.  I remember when I did that once...took me a little while to figure what went wrong too!
