Run mugen without microsoft outlook office????

I got all my mugen erased off with other files last month and i was trying to at least get back how i use to have it. I dont have microsoft outlook office anymore either and when i re downloaded mugen its not in the data file. I was looking for that to increase the screen size as well as adding a screenpack. Is there any way to change the screen size and add a screenpack without microsoft office.

I was going to but i dont remember which thing to click on i was going by the one on youtube to refresh  my memory like this one

  at the 5:18 point i cant find that option cause i dont have that program.

right click the file, select 'open with..' on the list choose Notepad (you MUST have it) and click OK

Back months ago; just use notepad.

I must be a dummy lately cause i cant think of what file to open in the data folder all i got in there is........
big,kfm,airedit.cfg,common,common1cns,fight,fight,fightfx,fightfx.air,mugen.cfg,select,and three system folders. Now before all my stuff got erased i do remember what you guys are talking about but now im confused. Which one of the ones in bold do i pick??

Thank you it was that mugen.cfg. file for some reason it wasnt on notepad like the other files and i skipped past it
