Recommended HyperCam settings

I'm trying to make more mugen videos, putting together dream matches and stuff. But HyperCam is frustrating me 

I've tried every possibility to get the right speed together without it going too fast, or going too slow, or going too choppy.

So, what do you recommend?

No offense, but I didn't ask for a opinion about whether or not Hypercam is good, I only asked if anybody who has ever used it for the recommended configuration to make the video as close to good quality and speed than Mugen running itself.

I've tried SnagIt, Fraps, Camstasia, CamStudio (which by the way is the WORSEST recording software you'll ever find), and Few listed met my expectations but Hypercam came closer. Either way, I guess I mind as well toy around with Snag It a little more and see what I get out of it, until then I'll still use Hypercam too.

EDIT:

i used hypercam once.

but it kept quiting me and that why i don't use it.
