Well Ese, To make One You load An AU Sound Thingy Into MUGEN Character Maker, Or Fighter Factory. Then You Can Add Or Change Sounds By Swapping Them Out For .wav Samples.

not that i know of, all you can really do is open the file with MCM or FF and the file should have a collection of sounds in it, you can save them all to your CPU and you can swap them out

You Can Use Wave Pad, Or Itunes.I Perfer Wave Pad Because O Can make Sounds Louder And It Doesn't Take Up Over 10MB X(.
BTW, I Can't Link You To A Wave Pad Download Because It Invoulves Illegal Sites. Just Google It And Viola!

crap, I didn't read it all the way, I thought he was talking about changing the AU into wav. There is a program called free mp3 wma converter. It converts a lot of stuff.

Yeah use free mp3 wma converter. That is what i use for all of my audio conversions and it never fails me.
