Order Config Problems

Im having trouble giving characters Set times to come in.When I change the order in the select.def it dosent change anything. Example: Capcom/evilryu/evilryu.def, Order=4
Please help me because im sick of fighting God Orochi and Rare Akuma first

Wrong section, next time try Mugen Help.
You have to assign a stage to the char for making order work, example: Capcom/evilryu/evilryu, stages/stage0.def, order=4
