Pikachu error help

I've downloaded Pikachu from Xgargoyle's site but then Mugen wouldn't run..
I get an error message of:

Error message: String value for displayname must be in quotes
Error reading pika.def
Error finding characters/stages in select.def

Can anyone tell me what's wrong?
What do I need to do?

check on the pika.def  the diplayname it has to be "Pikachu"   or "Pika"
