recommended free mmos?

i'm looking for some fun addictive mmos out there. anyone have any suggestions?
blood and gore are ok with me too!

can get boring, but fun overall.

i tried it... it's too slow for me. most mmorpgs are too slow for me after i played sword since it uses the mcc system. (three character party controlled by one person)

You can duel of players, quest. It has a community of people who play this kind of k-style where they slash there sword, block, & shoot there gun at the same time (Which pwn's every other style, which at times can be a little intimidating to get into, but i just play turtle style, shoot, grenade,run and repeat)

Oh and http://archlord.com is free (Used to have to pay a monthly fee but the reviews on it were so bad they said screw it and made it for free) It gives you the chance to become the arch lord for a month and rule everybody on the server. I never tried it but i heard it wasnt that bad.

I used to play conquer, but i found out the hard way that if you dont play it for 30 days they reset your account... Sucks cause i had like a level 32 character

If i find the mmo link i used to have i'll post it.

yeah i checked them out to is there any mmos that are decent graphic and fun to play?  and has anyone heard of maple story? its a mmo and free i was just wondering if anyone played it?

I tried maple story... And thought it was just to kiddie(Cute) for me. Its fun if you really get into it, there are of girls who play it. Its fun cause its not turned base but you really have to kill blobs (Like a million blobs... Well maybe not a million but you get the picture) before your level is strong enough to enjoy the game.

Hm. That Gunz game looks pretty interesting. I just have one question though. Since you have to install some sort of program, is there any spyware present?

Sorry i cant guarantee it doesnt come with spyware, cause i was downloading of stuff when i downloaded the program, but i have have been playing for 2 years and i dont have any problems. ( of free stuff online have ad & spy ware) But you can use Ad-Aware SE Personal to get rid of the adware (I think it might get rid of the spyware to if there is any) and you could use SpywareBlaster so that it will provent your comp from receiving it in the first place ( i recommend updating it )

ijji (the host of the gunz game) doesn't have spyware i swear to you on my honor. just don't  go to the gunz main apge as that was hacked and THAT has spyware which is why they moved to ijji.

if you're looking for a fun mmorpg with beautiful graphics and good gameplay play sword of the new world. it's on the first post. i'm pretty sure that has no spyware as i've been playing it for a while and so have many of my friends without any problems. beware though as it's a HUGE file. the installer is like around 3 gig but that's because it comes already pretty much with all the updates so you don't have to wait an hour or two to patch it. it's worth it if your comp can handle it.
