After trying out your lilith, she good. Only thing I kind of don't like is how her launcher is pulled of, its kind of hard. It not like morrigan's launcher in the vs. series where it was I think D+FP or DF+FP being more easier to pull of air combos. But everything else is great so keep it up.
Oh and about the wing barrage hyper, I thought it was like a super version of her spin attack like morrigan in gem fighters but oh well its still great!
