Sadly only on Xbox, untill now there is no way of running it on the 360.

DOS is in one of early made computers.

though you can run DOS mugen in a windows computer.

just go to the DOS command program.

you enter where the mugen.exe is located.

and runs it from there.

DOS means for: Disk Operating System
