[Stage LOW-RES] MvC2 Clock Tower (NEW)

This is the Low-Res Conversion of the H-Res counter-part.
A massive thanx to electrocaid for sorting this out, nice1 buddy!!  ;D

Sorry Nutpatch not at the moment, this is simply a conversion of what I had allready released for Hi-Res.

More soon though buddy!!

its alright man we are all fortunate enough that u were able to make da mvc2 stages at all u are da first to make the actual clock tower stage
