I'm in Detroit, our slang is "Ima whoop yo @$$ you b**** @$$ Muh'f****"

I just speak pretty formal english though I might throw in dawg or man once in a while. Plus some more youth-known slang (i.e. J's=Jordans, Forces=Air Force Ones, Ye's=Cartier Lenses, etc.). People at school think I'm weird because I don't talk like I'm retarded and I don't swear at school.

Slang is a way to identify yourself and show confidence. Unfortunately the more difficult to understand you are, the more difficult it is to make the bling bling.

Turn on the radio and tell me one thing these ignorant young rappers are saying. They have an Escalade sittin on chrome 24s that they whip to the clubs and they aren't even old enough to drive.

Teach them the ways of real music so they may one day rise.

ALL rappers say untrue sh*t.  Jay aint special.

I was hoping you wouldn't see this. Yes, it is true all rappers say untrue stuff I meant real music as in Jay, Nas, Kanye, Lupe, Pharell, Talib, Mos, Eminem, Pac. You know people who rap about more than rims and dancing in the club.

Well in L.A. if you are with the latinos they speak spanglish and when you are with most black people the speak Ebonics with the excessive use of person of color/person of color. People either speak those two types of slang or they speak proper. Sometimes you meet people that are from the valley and it's a migrane talking to them.

Black ppl dont use the word ni99er.  Well none I know.  Racists use that.  We use ni99a.

Somehow...I knew this topic was going to run horribly ary. But I agree with you Tupac...you probably didn't wanna use most of the people on that list as an example of real. Most have gone entirely commercial, with Jay-Z being at the top of the list for commercial rappers.
