So I'll leave this here for anyone interested in completing this character. It needs a few sprites, and some of them are already done, just need to be added to the .sff.

cant say im a big fan of shaw as a character, but couldnt just let this spritework sit unused

His sprites are top notch. Wish he a few specials and hypers though. In the meantime I just up’ed his defense and attack power
