cvs2 Takuma arrange realease

This char is an edit of my old cvs mr.karate i did several years ago. takuma sff update, all animations has been updated, file snd updated, cns updated, added fake haoshikoken and kijin combo in special moves, kishin geki aaded in sdm moves, cmd updated, added intro vs ryo, robert and yuri by warusaki3, command system switched frome four to six buttons, pallettes updated and added new palettes. The char has still some bug with helpers in groove cns but overall he works quite good.

Update: fixed sound in stadef 1800 (fake haoshikoken), throw fixed in stadef 360, air updated, sff updated, cmd updated , fixed sound bugs in CHP,AHP,CHK,

Takuma has been update - sff updated, group of sprites 1400 adjusted, added new HDSM "subaru ou shikouken" from kof 2002, changed intro in statedef 191, bug in k-groove and c-groove fixed for all HDSM and more to come, grb him here -
