Cool pallets.

I'm glad I went back and color separated the chest and wrist. 
I was very close to color separating the gray on the body/thighs and arms.  I just didn't have it in me to go through the sprites again at this time.  Definitely next year..

Finally we get my favorite (and most people's) Robot Master of all time, about time we get a good MUGEN conversion of him.
