i will do the street fighter 4 characters and make them 2D the tones are 3
light color to shadow color to the outlines

i go for 300$ us dollars it will go up depending on the character with more details on the models

i am open for Jump ultimate all stars to bigger sprites (compare size to CVS)

You should be able to do original character & stage requests for profit. However, I think that if you did someone like Bison, you would have to ask for Capcom's permission. You could face legal action, just saying.

In fact, no. He is not selling anything, he is selling his services. Paid fan art is something very common.

People sell their art services to make copyrighted fan art all the time. Just check out deviantart.

I actually paid money to have this made for me, back when i had money.(this is a link if you couldn't tell) And never had any trouble with marvel or nintendo.

The artist who made that pic for me in the above link now works for Dorkly making comics about video game characters. So nothing illegal going on here.
