One of my old stages, reworked for 1.1

-Animated: Intro + The nuke

I left the indexed images from the old stage, I will swap them for the 32 bit ones and see if it doesn't lag (need to find them first), if not, then I'll update this.

Warning: I reduced 152 MB from the old version but still is a big file size (114 MB), it was 266 MB, doesn't seem to give me any problems despite this.

Stage was updated;
I managed to remove another 116 MB from it, the stage was 230 MB in the first update, now it's 114 MB uncompressed. I swapped the intro for 32 Bits images.... focus effect at the beginning won't show anymore without OpenGL though.

Updated a couple more things with the backdrop perspective and explosion timing too.
