Thanks for release, but Chameleon does'nt work on M1.0 (sff file can't open by mugen for me)

@kyoman: My apologies. He is compatible with MUGEN 1.1 only... I forgot I set up the sff file that way, so I could incorporate sprites better (and to try something new). However, my other characters, including Revenant Ken & Cryomancer Sub-Zero, will work with MUGEN 1.0.
