Mugen online with Parsec

There is a tool called Parsec for online play. With Parsec, you can play PC games from anywhere on any device. Parsec lets you play over the Internet from your own gaming PC or access a cloud gaming PC.

Has anyone tried this yet? From what I understand your sharing your screen and someone with a controller can control your game without actually having to download it. Is this right?

Yes, work in that way. People don't need to download the game, they control your game.
