yeah i got a lot of her done but i won't release until shes 100% ready for testing. I would like to do a preview but I no not how to make a movie like how they do it on youtube. can anyone help with that.

I'd suggest screenshots instead of a video.

F12 in Mugen, then convert it to a .bmp or something.

Or, take a screenshot with the Print Screen button, put it in MS Paint (or any other program), crop out the actual screenshot of Mugen, and then save it seperately as a file.

Then upload the finished product on a image hosting website (Imageshack) and post it here with the around it.

You really don't need an alpha channel for a screenshot. Any non-compressed web format will do.
