Converted pocket fighters mugen stages fixes for mugen 1.1

These stages were not made by me but I did manage to do a bit of adjustment for the mugen 1.1 software
The stages are now adjusted with the mugen 1.1 with the zoom factor.
The stages are still low res and its set as localcoord = 320,240
The stages were made by R and R is a Japaneses Mugen Creators the credit goes to him

I did a Minor sprite fix for the ramen stage and tessa stage and they needed a bit of sprite adjustment
you can see the new sprite in the folder that I added for both stages
