You're not dreaming, a complete Cvs SF1 Joe Ghost has at last come to mugen!

A simple but heavily modified Gal129's CVS2 Joe_Higashi, stance by 'Zero De-Armentis' animated by Alex Sinigaglia, edited by myself. Limited AI and coding work by DEMONKAI.

Wow! What a surprise release! ~~I have never seen that Joe in CVS in WIP, but Sean Altly's!~~ I thought I didn't see it until I downloaded him. Thanks for the release, Sky!
