So after a year and 2 months I'm finally able to release this patch if you guys see any problems let me know.
The Def is set up for KojiroBADNESS's Groove bar removal patch if your not using it you may need to change the Def file.

Sprites when i figure out why FF3 is exporting them with huge unused space.
