Should I post this upgrade to 1.0?

So, I downloaded the Clueless lifebar by Gua Pow, but they weren't for Mugen 1.0. It took forever, but I recently got done converting it to work with 1.0. Should I posst it in the Releases section? Of course, I would credit him/her, but Gua Pow hasn't been on for three years, so I doubt PMing him/her would help at all.

It is a really neat lifebar and I think it would be cool to share it.
