Hi there mugen community, its me... again...

This time to win time I will post my questions here:

1- How can I transform a SF, CVS, or anything without chain combo system in a chain combo character?
2- How can I make an OTG and Wall Bounce system? How do I install it?
3- I have a character without Launcher, how do I put it?

With this, I can finish my game, when that is done, I will upload it here
