Am I allowed to use the Sprites from Characters in my videos?

I have really taken to Mugen and 1 of the things I love is the ability to Rip Sounds, Sprites, and Animations with Fighter Factory but I want to know, am I allowed to use any characters sprites hosted on this website? I always give credit to the website I get the character from and link them in the description of the video on my YouTube channel.

Anyone that can answer this question would be very much appreciated.

i suggest you start with a video with original Capcoms, share it with us and the rest will write itself

No No, I don't think I've explained properly, you see sprite sheets are good but it takes ages for me to Photoshop them and then export them into GIF animations but with Fighter Factory I can rip them are GIF animations without the hassle of editing them in Photoshop.
The only downside is sometimes I have read the Read Me file and it says to get permission from the creator of the character but whenever I message them through e-mail, I never get a response.

For example, I wanted to use the Batman Sounds and Animations from Alucard but I cannot as I do not have his permission.

1) For sprite sheets I suggest you download Alferd Spritesheet Unpacker. This will cut up all the sprites for you.

2) Whenever you want permission to use someone's custom sprites you should ask the person who made the sprites. Unfortunately we can't give blanket permission. It's up to each creator. For example, when the youtube chanel Screw Attack uses mugen sprites in an episode they first e-mail the person who drew the sprites to get permission. Pretty much everyone always says yes, especially when they know what you're doing with them. You just have to ask responsibly.
