How do you add a win quote screen to a screenpack?

I've trying to figure this out, but I've had no luck. Could someone help me out with ?

There's a section in the CNS files for the CHARACTERS where you can add them for some characters.  If it's not there and you want to add them yourself, you can do it like Kung Fu Man's here

    [Quotes]
    victory1 = "You must defeat Tu Shou to stand a chance."
    victory2 = "You need a lot of training. Come back in ten years."
    victory3 = "You look familiar. Did I see you on TV?"
    victory4 = "Your moves are too predictable. You want to learn Kung Fu Palm? It's not for novices."
    victory5 = "That was a good workout."
    victory6 = "I want to challenge more skilled fighters."
    victory7 = "What do you mean my girlfriend is in another temple?"

You have to put the quote IN quotation marks and I don't know if it can do special characters like Japanese (etc.)

Actually Chimoru, I meant help on how to add a screen that shows the win quotes (like when you win on the normal Mugen 1.0 screenpack and it shows Kung Fu Man's portrait and a line that reads "winner"), but I appreciate your help on how to change the win quotes themselves.
