i have yet to fight against the AIs but just seeing the videos... hell, it's does look awesome! You do a nice job, luiz, keep it up!

I'm going against the groove here to say this isn't good. The ai isn't just playing hard, it's playing unfairly, pulling off things a human player cannot possibly do, and doing so quite cheaply.

This isn't an AI patch, it's a butchering. It doesn't matter if it can beat everything on the planet, it has to at least play fair enough to give a good game for both players or it isn't worth bothering with.

True but you have to look at it like this KFM, many in the mugen community just get a character, play them in training mode then give their feed back from that alone.
When a patch like this is released, the only thing they do is put mugen on watch mode and see if the character stand a chance against other chars with hella crazy AI's

i think watch mode can be fun, and stupid hard AIs like this are the cornerstone of exciting watch battles.  sure characters like this are broken, but i  that is exactly the point like you said.  like the characters dark masters used to make or cheap boss type.  an insurmoutable challenge rather than a reasonable competitor. if youre into watch mode, characters like this are perfect. if youre not then, yes, they are garbage.
