Thx and yes.

One def file is for 640, 480.
And the other that have "850" at the end of the name is for widescreen mode as the one you see in the screenshot.

 SSC Lifebars by PandoraSM.
They are for 1280, 720 resolution and works for mugen 1.1 only.
