I cannot tell you how badly this needed to happen. I know that I'm guilty of being wrong when it comes to my older stuff but man oh man was this char a train wreck before I fixed him up. I mean some chains were wrong while others were flat out missing. He also did too much damage so now his damage is closer to source if not completely there. Anyway, PJ fans rejoice as I've not forgotten about you.

Hell yes!  More good RS characters please!

I've only had a limited time to play around lately so I couldn't do a full bug test.  The only thing I found in my arcade runs was that he occasionally rests on a higher z plane after performing aerial combos or gets interrupted while performing them.  I don't have any specifics but it happened at least a dozen times in a 30 match run.  If you want I an test it further when I get a chance.

Its fine now, though I did find another problem immediately (more an accident).

Dashing back with BB doesnt work, Ryu immediately goes into crouching state (and stands if not holding down).

The flames on Evil Ryu mode don't disappear correctly. (doesnt really matter i guess)

Standing Forward (does 2 hits) is instant (should be a start up of about 6 ticks before the actual active hit frames). Also the Evil Mode tatsumaki senpuu kyaku (all 3) is instant, but its meant to be like that. The problem is that when a character attempts to block an instant "0 frame" attack, they will get hit regardless. Perhaps this little video will show. Please watch it on youtube or Fullscreen it.

bleh it was 4 but close enough and fixed. Fixed backdashing too, not sure how that was out there so long without anyone saying anything. All fixed and updated.
