IDK I scratched the web and nothing. Just says it was updated the only info i can find. The screen is two years old and i can navigate those Japanese websites.

I just tested him and he isn't playable, so whichever updates he's got, screw him.

I have to redo my mugen (I lost it in a HD crash) but if he plays like he did in the past then he's good. I never had problems with this character other then him being built over Megaman Original

Yeah he's playable.  Overpowered as hell, but playable.
