Several people shot outside Empire State Building

I guess my NY as of late is trying to go back to its old rotten roots again. There hasnt been a situation like this in ages since they cleaned up Manhattan....anyway be safe out there folks

It turns out of the 10 shot, the 1 killed was by the gunman (in addition to the gunman being killed), and the other 9 injured where hit by the police, 3 directly hit and the others by shrapnel and such. And yet people say if there were more people with guns we'd be better off.

If trained cops hit 9 people, what would Joe Dogood do?
