Hyper move Problem

Ok so the Problem is;
 I have a character ( Rock Volnutt by MAITAKE )

0) Hes a great character but I wanted to change his 3 Hypers so that they were more like MVC style.
 :2  :3 :6 :p :p

1) Well all 3 Hypers have 3 Versions... How would I go about hiding or deleting them so that there are just 3.


Heres an example of 1 for which move it is I cant tell...

would doing this change anything? or make it worse?

Is that a direct paste?

264 is numeric notation. that's down forward back + A. And regardless of anything, if that IS a direct paste, the whole piece of code is commented out with ; and won't activate anyway. And they're just varsets and don't send you anywhere.

yeah it is, most of it is like that.
its not commented on the character I made a copy(to work off) of it & pasted the commented one here -my bad.
