tmnt genesis characters

anytime i put these characters into my roster, they cause my mugen to screw up. the game just shuts off. how does this keep happening? is there a way to fix it?

Just shuts off? No messages at all? A "quit" without telling you anything generally means you have a broken sff file (or potentially .air) To test this you can rename the .sff file in the tmnt directory and pull an sff from another character in put it in there, see if that lets the character work. If no, swap the sff back to original and try the air file.

Of course, this is all reliant on there being no quit message whatsoever.
