yeah i heard the news randomly from my homie last night while we were all playing BF3 online together and i was like whaaaaat?? /:O
Heavy D was SO YOUNG and he lost that weight to try and save his life in the first place...the heavy and deep thing is he did his LAST performance (of the two best shows that night fyi) on the Hip hop honor awards i believe it was recently...thats crazy right there...

man so many memories of the my teenage years house partying like crazy to his music and definitely getting into dance contests to those songs

yeah Kai rocked the Flat top with designs and all that folks back in the 80s lol

RIP big Heav!!

well on that note i guess ill take a brief trip down memory lane of my days jammin to his music (wow i just remembered one of his dancers who died way back in the days falling off stage too smh)
