NOOBISH QUESTION NO JUTSU (How to record mugen battles)

So i am having problem recording Mugen stuff on my computer.
I don't know if its because of my computer in genreal but it won't record the sound or anything like that.
I am using Camstudio. And i have a video from back in the day to show what is going on now.
It does not lag as bad as the game does now and i no longer have this mugen but i am having the same problems still..
Please help me if you can.

You using Mugen 1.0?

Cause I believe a lot of recording programs don't work on it.

Well for some reason, in the video, (which won't show right now) Did this back on winmugen and lagged. So i need help as welll..and i used camstudio back then as well

I use SnagIt, at it works on all types of mugen.
