I think he uses they common1.cns. If not, track his guard animation to the state.

I found it, I looked in his AI section and found it. It's stateno 152

was he ever updated? he spams projectiles for me

His AI sucks IMO, he doesn't really do anything. I just gave him a little update to make him fit in Mugen.
