how to convert ADX file to RAR or ZIP or 7z file

From what I understand ADX files are compressed song files, right?

Well this is the best I could find, apparently there is a program to open those files, so I guess ignore the part about PS2 games in this and just try the program on the file (I guess you need to get the DLL they mentioned)
