hi was wondering is three a way to chbi chars big see the proplem i have is most of the good bleach and nartuo chars are small is three a way them the same  size as kung fu man

Open the characters .cns file, scroll until you see, it should only be about 20 lines down.
xscale = 1
yscale = 1

change those, but sometimes the character's explodes won't adj so it could cause some silly fx. It all depends.

I recommend a scale of 1.7. A warning, though: most projectile attacks don't scale with them, so its still a pain having 'chibi' characters in the roster.
