Roy!

Took  me about 3 hours, maybe more. I'm really happy with how he turned out, I had fun making him too!
- Guess who I used for the legs?
- The upper body was ALL done from scratch except for the head.
- I sprited the cape and sword from scratch also. I used 2 refference pics, and had Melee on while spriting  .
- The head was edited from Rock, I edited the hair and face a little to resemble Roy.
- I know there is some room for improvement but those things are minor
