in the first half of the video, I fight a new Homer by XRedDragonClawsX. this Homer is a tough customer. he is a total block whore, meaning he will try to block as many as your attacks as you can, so you're going to need someone who can deal anti-block specals or a grappler.
and I choose a block killer, Elastigirl! and I have one advice when you decide to fight this Homer, DO NOT ATTACK HIM WHILE HE IS DISSY OR HE WILL AUTOMATICLY USE A SUPER MOVE IF YOU DO! (but he won't be able to if you grab him)
as for the next half, just the older Homer Clones we all know and love.
