!fixed - wavedash causes run/walk/stand in air, forgot to add Statetype != A
!fixed - mini hiryu bug during normal ragnarok (all versions)
!fixed - Hiryu appears behind hyper bg dusing Ragnarok Hyper, caused by my using A1 for what reason I dont know :P

*Helper after images and light "energy" source attacks has no shadows
*Ragnarok hyper has a better dampener
*Jill doesnt appear out of nowhere anymore
*Screenbound removed from Hien which makes him standing there when the owner is moving look very awkward

+New Assist Added



Well to be honest I haven't been working on him for a bit due to real life issues but here is an as is release for the time being.
There will be bugs but this is one of my better creations.

For what its worth, enjoy.

He has some AI but there are minor glitches and he has an intro compatible with Kojiros Hanzo.

Credits goes to The following since I didnt do a proper Readme:

-Kong for his Strider Hiryu Rips hosted on the IMT server
-Orochi Gill, O'Illusionista, KojiroBadness, NG3o, Teros, Ex-Shadow, Yzan and Nagato for testing.
-Yzan for the NxC Strider Hiryu Rips, I used the strider 2 voice rips also since they are voiced by the same actor.
-Teros for the mini port edit. I know I asked for the new one but for some reason I stuck with the first one. Sorry but still im grateful.
-ExShadow for the ko bg animations, they didnt originally look like they do now btw, thats the power of pspx3!
-Kenshin for making Strider Hien, Yes I used his sprites for my project but I am not claiming his work as my own.
-Elecbyte for returning even though I am still using Winmugen until then..

Guys all of those who contributed pals, I am so sorry, I never got around to finishing the color separating so i just kept the two default ones. feel free to make extra pals from that if u like.
Also Everyone else for the years of support and not giving up on me though all the past problems and issues I may of caused or got caught up in.
Zeroz, despite what happened you are still cool ppls with me. Just wanted to get that out there.

Everyone again enjoy this for what it is. If I find time, perhaps there will be an update.

I really like this strider that you released his effects are top notch although I'm not really a big fan of assist/strikers. Anyways, I think I found a bug in him.  When you do that air dash slice move with HP-D,DF,F+HP in the air and then do a D,DF,F+MP+HP movement he will start running and get stuck in the air.


I am not a tester at all, the only reason I found this is because I love doing/trying air combos and it happened a few times.

I found some minor issues as well.

*Sprite # 846 (Group 9100, Image 5) has a small black pixel towards the left of the image.  Because of this, it won't crop the image right, and add size to the file.  Same goes for # 893 (9205, 4) and 895 (9205, 6), and subsequent sprites, such as the hitsparks.
*Colossus' afterimages have shadows to them.  Doesn't look too great IMO.
*Psyloche's effect also has a shadow to it.  It shouldn't have one, considering that it's a light source.
*Hien's sword also has a shadow, but it's kinda understandable since it's a physical item.
*Storm's Typhoon doesn't produce a guard spark on guard.
*The fact that Jill appears out of thin air just looks odd.  Maybe have her jump in, like everyone else.
*The gunner girl's projectiles also produce a shadow.
*There's this weird bug that happens when you have Storm as your helper.  If the move hits, and you do standing weak punch and it's guarded, it will display the "Good!" message.  It seems to happen randomly, so...
*Another weird bug, this time with Jill.  P2 will be facing her instead of Hiryu if the opponent is on the opposite side of her.
*This might be the case with all helpers, but it's more evident in Hien.  He seems to have no screen controller, so if the screen moves, he will be dragged along.  He can also be 'pushed', which is realistic, but looks odd considering their nature.
*A good thing to keep in mind with helpers is this; if they're sources of light, they have no shadow.  Otherwise, they should.  Because all of his blade effects have shadows, which is excusable since his blade effects was part of his sprites, but they shouldn't really have a shadow.

Like I stated before, there are just minor issues, as besides what Infinite pointed out, I see nothing majorly wrong with him.  A good bit of advice would be to include a readme to know what moves he has, etc.  Sorry if they seem too...minor.

Great Strider Hiryu,switched slodes to this one.Should remake the Strider Hien floating around,would make sense and no one else has done it yet.
