How can you conferm those characters? are their sprites already finished, or are you just shooting off the ones you want or whatever?

well se there are sprites and chars consiting of want i need just got to aplly a roth (rise of the heros template) other people have these sprites just got to get promission from them working on that now by the way can i use your blaziken and lucario for my full game you are a wonderfull char creator do i have perission

Also if you still havnt asked or heard back from some people about sprites, you cant say their confermed. Cuz that just aint true.
