Palette Help With M@ppy's Q-Bee

I've been messing around with Q-Bee by M@ppy, and I've noticed she only uses her default palette.  There are 6 included with the character, and they even show up in Fighter Factory, but she only has her default i while using her in Mugen.  I'm not sure if it's a problem with the DOS2Win conversion or whatnot, but if anyone know how to fix this, it'd be greatly appreciated.

are all of the palettes assigned in the def file?

pal1 =
pal2 =
etc...

Sorry for the late reply, but yeah, they're all assigned.  Here's a copy of her .def file:

I tried a few different things including messing with the "pal.defaults" values, and moving the pals out of the "DATA" folder they were in and adjusting the .def accordingly.

an are you using a variety of buttons to select QBee in the game?

Sorry for the bump, but I figured out it was a "Shared Palette" problem.  After going through all of her sprites and checking that box, I got her to display different palettes.
