Toning down/altering A.I.?

Is there a way to alter a char's A.I, so as to tone them down some? Make them easier?

easiest way, remove the AI activation code. But there are a few different ways that AI can be programmed into a charcter so to remove the AI you need to know how it was programmed into the character in the first place.

Or, use Mugen 1.0 with characters programmed specifically for 1.0 (Like Kamelaze's characters), then you can just pick your diffculty level in the options screen.
