Where can I change the localcoords for lifebars for 1.0?

Everytime I try to use lifebars for Mugen 1.0, they appear too small.  How can I fix this?

I'm using the Epoch of Anarchy screenpack at 640 x 480 view in Mugen 1.0 btw.  Would like MuaythaiLifebarsedit to work to match SP.

Really need help if you can show me what to type in and where.

There are no local cordinates in lifebars (only in the motif, found in the system.def file)

Life bars need to be resized. In other words all the graphics need to be doubled in size and all the relavant values in the fight.def need to be doubled.

If they were already highres bars then many of the graphics may not need to be resized, just the scales throughout the fight.def will need to be doubled as well.
