I have incopatibilty with mp3. When i combat, music stop! or similar in the game...

charlie's flash kick doesnt send the opponet flying like it should and the projectile that comes off of it doesnt either

   Wily needs some more moves eventually.   I think it's cool just actually having him in a game like this finally.

That is exactly how I felt, which is why I put him in there despite the fact that he's far from finished.
