hmmm good one. i would say gouken. akuma killed goutesu so he really even isnt a factor. mugen is reviving him in heir incarnation of him. remember students can and most times will always surpass their masters. it is the wish of the masters to do so. plus goutesu trained them both in the killing form. gouken chose not to use that form of it and developed his own form and it rivals with akumas. since akuma did land him a knockout blow but he cannot finish him. so its like a stalemate. but i go with gouken. good prevailing the bad.

ok wait a sec acey... i thought i read that shen long yeah was an april fools joke from way back but it turned out he was gouken.(they made him cause peeps was so confused and wanted to see him) . the rumored shen long. everything else is def correct. except i am always puzzled as to what happens in sf3 series because if gouken is dead and akuma killed him.. where is akuma and at which point did he actually kill gouken? in sf4 gouken wasnt killed as ryu and ken thought instead he was put into a coma by akuma and had awakend after many many years.
