marvel vs capcom tag?

i have serton characters that for some reason can "tag" the other character in when i play 2 vs 2. is there a way for all my characters to do that. is there a program that i add or is there easy that i can do? thanks for any help.

There's an add-on here. I'm not sure how to use it yet, but there are directions on the inside.
