**OK now I remember where I got some of the sprites from, EXSHADOW, I'm sorry about re-releasing them I couldn't remember I hope it's ok with you**

**First and foremost some sprites in the "CITYLIGHTS" folder have sprites that were previously released by another member but they are in the folder because I planned on using it for that stage sorry for this but I uploaded the folder's as is so anything that I had gathered to use for the stage is with the stage**

At first I wasn't gonna post this anywhere but two sites but whatever...

This is not a 4 stage package but rather a 4 stage concept package, these are the work files of 4 stages that I really don't care about anymore... rather you use this package or not is up to you...
