i need to know how to remove grove bars from a character,can anyone help me? ^:)^

You remove part of the code... but if you want more specific details, then say what chars you are referring to.

You can open the ssf file with Mugen Character Maker or Fighter Factory, and ony move those sprites, by example, puttinng then very down, in axis x:0, y:-1000...
